3. Only 1 Picture is allowed for every contestant.
4. Users must provide their username and character name for verification with their email Photos must be submitted to
marketing@highstreet5.com.ph or reply to this thread with your entries. (either way will be accepted)
5. Contestants must not edit their photo e.g. using other software program
6. The cutest photo will win fabulous prizes!!
7. All the participants will also be included in a raffle draw
8. Deadline for submission of entries – 23:00 July 4 2010, Raffle draw will be on July 13 2010, winner will be contacted via email
9. Only 1 will win in the event & 10 Participant will receive a consolation prize , late submissions will not be considered as valid entries

Judgement Criteria:

50% Creativity and Uniqueness
1) Any doubt/dispute, Eaglegame International’s decision is final.
2) HighStreet5 in its sole discretion may disqualify any photo and any participant from the contest if this does not conform to the contest mechanics
3) HighStreet5 reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entry that in their sole opinion, refers,
depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon HighStreet5, or any other person that does not comply with these requirements
4) Submissions must be suitable for presentation in a public presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of HighStreet5
5) If HighStreet5 deems that the photo does not comply with the mechanics of the contest, participants’ photo will not be considered an entry
HIGHSTREET5 PHOTO GUIDELINES & RESTRICTIONS:
The Photo cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or previously commercially exhibited or displayed publicly; and
The Photo must be from a single capture with any digital or film camera; no montages or composite images allowed
