missing gems..

Good evening.
i already send a message to hs5 service about this thingy..
they say 3 working days..
until now it's almost 2weeks since i've sent that message..
'til now i haven't receive any messages from them..
i also tried chatting those who are in the live chat.
but they always say that they will follow up my problem to their relevant blah blah..

i just want to know if i have a chance to get my gems back?
missing in an instant? d*mn!

they always say be more patient.
