2. Register at the tournament venue on the GIVEN REGISTRATION TIME (venues are to be announced in the HS5 website)

1st Step - The National Open Eliminations If you want to represent your city, then this is your time to shine. Head on to the HS5 Champ 2010
I-cafe in your respective city on the given dates below and blow everyone away with your coolest dance moves.
If you didn’t make it the 1st time, then there will be three more chances for you to make it as the City Champs,
or you can practice some more and join Leg 2 on April – May 2010.

2nd Step - The City Champ Eliminations Representing your own city feels really good, but how will you feel representing the whole region where your city belongs to?
From the City Champions we will get the best of the best for North Luzon (Baguio/La Union, Pampanga, Bulacan),
South Luzon (Cavite, Laguna), VisMin (Iloilo/Bacolod, Cebu, Davao) and NCR (MM1 and MM2).
So from 40 players will be narrowed down to only 4 winners in Leg 1 of this category. The same will be done if you joined Leg 2.
The date of the City Champ Eliminations will be the on the ff. dates:
• Leg 1 City Champ Eliminations: March 27
• Leg 2 City Champ Eliminations: May 22
1. City Champ Eliminations will be the prerequisite to the Regional Finals

Only ONE (1) WILL WINNER PER REGION will have the chance to compete in the National Championship
3. The forty (40) City Champs will compete against each other in their specific regions

3rd Step - National Championship This is where Leg 1 winners and Leg 2 winners will battle it out and see who will be included in the HS5 Champs Team Pinas.
All the eight hopefuls (four from Leg 1 and four more from Leg 2) will face each other to get the four players to represent the Philippine Team- aka Team Pinas!
1. The EIGHT (8) REGIONAL FINALISTS FROM LEG 1 & LEG 2 will compete with each other.
2. They will be ranked in a head to head tournament and winners will be known as the HS5 Team Pinas
and will get the chance to compete with the champions of HighStreet 5 in Malaysia & Singapore
3. Only the Top 4 will be included in the Team Pinas

d. 3rd Runner Up
4. Prizes for the Team Pinas



Rules, Regulations & Other Restrictions:1. Participants will be given pre-generated accounts individually
2. Contest will have 10 contestants per batch to avoid LAG problems
3. Only one (1) contestant will win every batch
4. Dance mode: Easy level – 4 Keys – Song mode.
5. All stunts and buff items are allowed during the contest.
6. The contestants’ objective is to avoid
“MISSING” any key.
7. If the contestant
“MISSES” any key, he/she will be automatically eliminated.
8. SR decided songs per batch.
9.
CONTESTANTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REQUEST SONGS DURING THE CONTEST,
if the contestant is caught requesting songs during the contest the following violation will be accounted to the contestant:
a.
FIRST VIOLATION –
WARNING to the contestants who have requested a song.
b.
SECOND VIOLATION – The contestant shall be
DISQUALIFIED from the contest. This is to avoid delay in the event.
10. In such case/s the contest will start on the next song after the contestant’s requested song.
11. In case of dispute, the decision of EagleGame International and its affiliate is final
12. Players are required to
SAVE THE GAME FOR REPLAY and documentation purposes
13. Players who had joined and win on a specific date
WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN AGAIN with his or her win under their name.
If caught doing so, player will be
DISQUALIFIED, THE NEXT RANKING WINNER WILL ASSUME THE RANK AND THE WIN. Tournament Issues:1. In case of tie between 2 or more contestants after the 2nd song. The Final / 3rd round will be based on Ranking battle without
“MISSING” any keys.
2. In case that there are no winners on the batch; the contest will have a 1 round Ranking battle without
“MISSING” any keys, all eliminated contestants will join the round.
3.
LAG problem is a common issue;
CONTEST WILL STILL CONTINUE even if it is LAG.
4. In case that the player is disconnected during the contest; the GM/Host will investigate the issue for consideration/disqualification
of the disconnected participant. The batch with whom the disconnection (Auto Miss)
occurred WILL REPEAT THE SAID BATTLE if the consideration is approved.
5. NO REFUND of entry fee if contestants back-out before/during the contest.
6. In case of dispute, the decision of EagleGame International and its affiliate is final.
7. A player who has already won a slot will
NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN AGAIN until he/she loses that slot.
a. For example, Player A wins the City Champs on Feb 13. He will not be allowed to participate on the next available schedules for Leg 1 tournament.
b. However, if Player A loses in the City Champ Eliminations on March 27, he will now be able to participate again on the schedule tournaments for Leg 2.
8. Likewise, the winners of Leg 1 City Champs Eliminations will
NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LEG 2 of the tournament to give chance to other players.
